Since 1983, Frames has been designing and building technologically advanced high quality process and control systems for the international upstream oil & gas industry.
Specialized in the design, manufacturing, supply, installation and commissioning of complete systems for oil & gas treatment, separation, heat exchanging, flow control and safeguarding, we continuously expand our technologies as well as our customer base to include virtually all the major oil & gas production companies.
Frames employs a number of technologies to accommodate various gas treatment requirements.
Some of the typical requirements are:
- Gas Dehydration
- Dew Point Control
- Gas Sweetening.
- Fuel Gas Treatment/Conditioning
- Process Heating
Regardless of the technology used, all systems are designed with a broad vision of the overall process requirements, not just for our own package. Such vision provides the basis for Frames to broaden the scope of supply in order to be able to take on a greater responsibility. This is done in the effort to reduce the customer’s vulnerability in trying to coordinate with different suppliers.
The heart of each separator is its supporting technology. The flexibility of Frames lies in the broad range of different available internal designs.
With decades of development, laboratory and field testing, Frames has developed a complete range of internals to enhance the separation process. With the proper selection of custom internals, separation can be improved and at the same time the vessel sizes can be reduced substantially.
From simple inlet devices or wire mesh mist eliminators to coalescing plate packs to the more complex cyclones and electrostatic grids, Frames can customize the ideal system for any separation requirement.
Frames supports its clients with a full range of gas/oil/water separation solutions. On platforms, floaters and onshore sites Frames is able to supply the complete separation process from high pressure separation up to treatment of the produced water. In its more than 25 years of experience, Frames has designed and supplied well over a thousand separators up untill now.
